At this time, Lakeview Clinic requires that you have a visit with one of our providers to assist in determining whether or not a COVID-19 test is appropriate for your symptoms. This can occur in one of two ways:
Contacting one of our clinic locations and scheduling a telemedicine visit with a provider to discuss your symptoms.
Contacting Lakeview Clinic and scheduling a Respiratory, Cold, and Flu clinic visit within a designated separate area of one of our clinic locations.
Can I just schedule a drive-thru COVID-19 test with Lakeview Clinic?
At this time, we are only testing individuals that are displaying COVID-19 symptoms. These patients must schedule an appointment with one of our providers (telemedicine or Respiratory, Cold, & Flu Clinic) in order to determine the necessity of a COVID-19 test.
I believe that I have had a direct exposure to someone with COVID-19, can I get tested at Lakeview Clinic?
At this time, Lakeview Clinic is testing only those individuals who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
If you begin experiencing symptoms, we would would be glad to schedule you for a telemedicine visit to assist in determining if a COVID-19 test is appropriate.
If you have had a direct exposure to someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19, and are not displaying symptoms, it is recommended that you quarantine for five (5) days after your last exposure to that person. You should also wear a well-fitting mask if you need to be around others in your home.
