Our friendly front office staff is also available to schedule appointments by phone.
Appointment Scheduling Options
All Lakeview Clinic appointments can be conveniently scheduled with our friendly front desk staff at (952)442-4461. For added convenience, both clinic appointments and Virtual Convenient Care appointments are also available for online scheduling.
Clinic Appointments
Most in person appointments can be scheduled online, with a few exceptions. Patients can view our list of providers to see if they use online scheduling. If you are ready to schedule, use the link below.
Our friendly front office team is available during business hours to assist with scheduling. Certain providers and telehealth with a specific medical provider still require your appointment be scheduled by phone.
Weekday hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend hours (Waconia Clinic ONLY):
Saturday, 8:00 PM – 12:00 PM

Virtual Convenient Care
VCC gives patients quick easy virtual access to an on-call Lakeview Clinic medical provider. Established* patients 18 months and older, can be seen for a limited scope of medical concerns similar to services provided by urgent cares.
Weekday hours:
Monday – Thursday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekend hours:
Saturday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Sunday, 10:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Scheduling by phone can be done anytime during regular or VCC clinic hours.
*Established patients have seen a Lakeview medical provider within the last three years.
Virtual Visits with your Provider
If your medical concern is not urgent and you prefer to utilize telehealth with a specific provider, please call (952)442-4461 to schedule an appointment during regular clinic hours.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patients must be located in the state of Minnesota at the time of their appointment.
