Neuropsychiatric Evaluations

A neuropsychiatric evaluation measures how well your brain works. It tests for a range of mental functions, like reading, language use, attention, learning, processing speed, reasoning, remembering and problem-solving, as well as mood and behavior. These tests assist providers in diagnosing and managing learning issues such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism.

Medications, psychological and/or psychiatric therapy are common treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders. Specific treatments will vary based on the precise cause, clinical presentation and severity.

Lakeview providers may refer patients to the following providers.
