Virtual Care Options
Lakeview Clinic offers two virtual care options for patients. Virtual Convenient Care is available with an on-call provider during extended hours. Alternatively, telehealth appointments with a specific provider can be scheduled during clinic hours.

Note: Patients who use virtual care must be located in Minnesota at the time of their appointment.
Virtual Convenient Care
This service is currently available to established* Lakeview patients.
Convenient Care gives patients quick easy virtual access to an on-call Lakeview Clinic medical provider. Patients 18 months and older, can be seen for a limited scope of medical concerns similar to services provided by urgent cares.
Weekday hours:
Monday – Thursday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekend hours:
Saturday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Sunday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* Established Lakeview patients have had a clinic appointment within the last three years.
Provider Telehealth
Scheduled Telehealth gives patients the option to see their preferred primary care provider virtually during regular clinic hours.
Most Lakeview medical providers offer telehealth options, but it is important to note that your provider may want to see you in person for certain concerns or medical issues.
Weekday hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend hours:
Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
When to go to the ER or call 911
There are a variety of medical conditions that require rapid or advanced treatments that are only available in a hospital setting. The following symptoms are best evaluated in an Emergency Room, including:
- Difficulty breathing, chest pain or heart attack
- Severe bleeding or abdominal pain
- Head trauma, fainting or loss of consciousness
- Weakness/numbness on one side, or stroke
- Serious burns
