Alex Mangan

Dr. Alex Mangan will join Lakeview Clinic in August 2026. He grew up in the Twin Cities before attending the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN where he earned a biochemistry degree and played four years of collegiate football.

Following his undergraduate studies, he attended medical school at St. George’s University and completed his full spectrum family medicine residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Peoria.

Dr. Mangan enjoys the full scope of family medicine and prides himself on teaming up with his patients to best support their unique health priorities. Dr. Mangan’s special interests include office-based procedures, chronic disease management, mental health, and preventative care.

When Dr. Mangan is not in clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing board games, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. He is also a big Minnesota sports fan (as painful as that can be sometimes – Skol).

Mariah M. Jaus

Mariah M. Jaus

Mariah M. Jaus, DNP, FNP-C, joined Lakeview in 2025 as a Family Practice provider in our Chaska clinic.

Mariah, a Minnesota native who grew up in Waconia, brings experience and a deep commitment to community care. Her healthcare journey began in 2016 as a Registered Nurse. In 2019, she pursued her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, completing her training in Utah and Arizona. Since graduating in 2022, she has dedicated herself to providing exceptional patient care.

Mariah is dedicated to providing comprehensive care across the lifespan, with a focus on preventive care such as weight management and chronic disease management. She is excited to serve the community and contribute her skills and experience to the Lakeview Clinic team. Outside of her professional life, Mariah actively volunteers as a first responder with a local fire department. She also enjoys horseback riding, reading, gardening, outdoor activities, and fitness.

Victoria K. Zbikowski

Victoria K. Zbikowski

Dr. Zbikowski grew up in Duluth, MN and received her undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from University of Minnesota Duluth. She attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, MO where she received her doctorate as well as a Masters degree in Bioethics. She completed her Family Medicine Residency through the University of Minnesota at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. She enjoys the wide spectrum of family medicine and has special interests in preventative care and palliative care.

Dr. Zbikowski enjoys spending time with her family as well as reading, sports, and cooking.

Sarah E. Carlson

Sarah E. Carlson

Sarah E. Carlson, MD, joined the staff at Lakeview Clinic as a Family Physician in 2011. She works at Lakeview Clinic in Chaska.

Dr. Carlson grew up in Shakopee. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology and psychology at the College of St. Scholastica. She attended the University of Minnesota Medical School and participated in the Rural Physicians Associate Program in Hastings. She completed her Family Medicine residency at United Hospital and Clinic in St. Paul. Dr. Carlson provides full spectrum family medicine for all ages and has special interests in women’s health and pediatrics.

Dr. Carlson lives with her husband, daughter, and son in Victoria. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the outdoors, traveling, gardening, reading, and cheering on the Golden Gophers.

James E. Carrabre

James E. Carrabre

Dr. Carrabre practices Family Medicine and Sports Medicine at the Lakeview, Chaska Clinic. He attended Medical School and Residency at the University of Manitoba, Canada where he also received a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. He is Board Certified in Sports Medicine from the both the American Board of Medical Specialties and the Canadian Association of Sports and Exercise Medicine. He is Board Certified in Family Practice from the American Board of Medical Specialties and the Canadian College of Family Physicians.

Dr Carrabre practices the full spectrum of family practice, except Obstetrics with special interests in preventative health care. He also practices Clinical Sports Medicine with special interests in concussion, exercise induced asthma, injury prevention and injury management. As an exercise physiologist, he has special training and expertise for exercise counselling for weight loss, health, and performance.

He has also been inducted as a Fellow into both the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians and is an Alumni of the International Olympic Academy in Elias Greece.
